Tim Grover
Owner and CEO

Tim Grover Tim received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Illinois-Chicago, and was inducted into the UIC Hall of Fame with the Lifetime Achievement Award. As a former NCAA Division I basketball player, Grover is widely recognized for his understanding and success in the mental and physical discipline of professional athletes, including Hall of Fame clientele like Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Charles Barkley and Hakeem Olajuwon. His current clients include NBA champions Kobe Bryant and Dwyane Wade. Additionally, Grover speaks to audiences worldwide on fitness and motivational themes. He has trained more than 100 professional athletes in the major pro sports.

Mike Procopio
Director of Basketball Operations

Mike Procopio Mike is in charge of all NBA, Pre-draft, and grassroots workouts for ATTACK Athletics. Mike has worked with players such as Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Kevin Durant, Devin Harris, Paul Pierce, Rajon Rondo, Tracy McGrady, Gilbert Arenas, Mike Finley, and over 150 other NBA players. Mike is renowned for his work serving as Kobe Bryant's Strategic Game Management Coach in the 2009 and 2010 playoffs. He also served as an assistant coach for the Maine Red Claws of the NBA Development League.

Malcolm Price
Head Trainer and Director of Football Training

Malcolm Price Malcolm has been with ATTACK Athletics for 10+ years and is the director of all football operations. He is experienced in strength and conditioning and SAQ training, as well as football, basketball, and other sport skill development training. Malcolm has worked with NFL players such as Dave Diehl, Ahman Green, and Eric Steinbach. He has also worked with NBA players such as Michael Finley, Juwan Howard, Michael Jordan, Tim Hardaway, and many others in both skill and strength development.

Joe Boylan
Director of Player Development

Joe Boylan Joe is one of the top young instructors in the country. In 2009, Joe was named head coach of the Chicago Throwbacks of the Premier Basketball League. At the age of 23, he was one of the youngest head coaches in pro basketball history. He served as a coaching assistant for the NBA D-League's Maine Red Claws. While at ATTACK, Joe has directed off-season workouts for many NBA, international and college players, including Gilbert Arenas, Michael Finley, Will Bynum, Juwan Howard, and many others.

Matthew Alarcon
Trainer

Matthew Alarcon Before arriving at ATTACK, Matthew had worked as a NCAA Division 1 Strength Coach, as well as Strength Coach in the ABA, and to numerous individual athletes. Matt spends his time at ATTACK implementing and executing high-performance training programs for NBA, college and foreign professional players both in the weight room and on the court.

Norm de Silva
Norm de Silva

Norman has been with ATTACK since 2008. In that time he has facilitated court workouts for a wide range of players from NBA clientele to the high school and youth levels. In 2009 he served as Assistant Coach at the University of New Haven where he was responsible for scouting reports, game strategy, and individual skill and weight room workouts. A graduate of Babson College, de Silva has assisted in numerous film projects for ATTACK clients to help supplement their development as complete players.



Noah LaRoche, CSCS
Noah LaRoche

Noah joined ATTACK in 2009 and has trained our grassroots, International, and NBA clients. He is the owner of Integrity Hoops, a player development company designed to provide first-rate player development for players throughout New England and is Player Development Coach for the nationally renowned Tilton School. A high energy and knowledgeable skills trainer, Noah also earned his certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2010.



David Bakker
David Bakker

David has been working at ATTACK since 2009, where he has trained a variety of college, International, and NBA players. He assisted with our NBA Pre-Draft program and helped with film breakdowns. David also works for the Chicago Bulls in the video department, where his responsibilities include assisting in player development and scouting projects, along with video editing.



Tim Sullivan
Tim Sullivan

Tim is one of the premier shooting instructors in basketball. Over the past ten years, he has developed a philosophy on shooting that yields proven improvement. After a playing career that included stints in the IBA and ABA, Tim became a full-time clinician and shooting workout facilitator, in which he utilizies video assessment to emphasize the correct postural procedure. In addition to his work with NBA and college players at ATTACK, Tim is also the head shooting instructor for the Adidas Phenom Camps.



Shawn Sullivan
Shawn Sullivan

Coach Sullivan, from Rochester NY, has coached at the high school level for over twelve years and started one of top AAU programs in the country, Upstate Elite. As a coach he has won major National AAU tournaments and even defeated the number one ranked team in the country in AAU Nationals. Coach Sullivan, has worked the country's top camps including both Five-Star and Hoop Group Elite camps. He also runs his own basketball training business. Coach Sullivan also trains area division one college players, including players from Syracuse University. At ATTACK, he trains international players, foreign pros, college, and NBA players.
