Not everybody has the opportunity to train with ATTACK Athletics and maximize their potential. ATTACK Athletics would like to congratulate our client Kobe Bryant for leading the Los Angeles Lakers to their 15th NBA Championship in a 99-86 Victory over the Orlando Magic last night winning the series 4-1 in Orlando last night. Kobe was fantastic as he shot 12-23 from the field leading the Lakers in scoring with 30 points also contributing with 6 rebounds 5 assists and 4 blocks.

The 2009 NBA Pre Draft camp was held at The ATTACK Center two weeks back, as expected it was a great event. Over 60 draft prospects participated in the two day event going through basketball drill work as well as physical testing. Over 150 NBA front office people attended the event to evaluate the prospects for the 2009 NBA Draft. Continue reading →

Twenty years ago, Tim Grover met Michael Jordan for the first time.
On Tuesday, still riding the magic created from that career-launching meeting, Grover was in Los Angeles working with Kobe Bryant.
As the Lakers were falling to the Nuggets in Game 4 of the Western Conference finals Monday night in Denver, Grover was boarding a plane from Chicago to L.A. He arrived at 11 p.m. PT, and less than 12 hours later, he and Bryant met to discuss ways to prepare for Game 5. They planned to meet again later in the day. Continue reading →

Only a week into the 2008-2009 NBA season and two rookie clients of ATTACK Athletics are already making a difference for both of their respective teams. OJ Mayo(Memphis Grizzlies) is averaging 14.3 points and 5 rebounds a game for the young and scrappy Memphis Grizzlies team. Including a 17 point and 6 rebound performance in a thrilling last second win against the Orlando Magic on Friday.
“OJ is a player who came in from day one with us and wanted to learn the game. He came in with an attitude that he wants to learn from others to be successful at his position. He’s going to be a very good player for years to come.” Tim Grover President CEO ATTACK Athletics.
This past summer ATTACK Client Dwyane Wade added to his collection of athletic achievements as he helped lead Team USA Men’s Basketball to an Olympic Gold Medal in China. The All Star guard averaged 16 points per game including a 27 point outburst in the Gold Medal Game vs Spain.
I’m not sure if people realize what kind of an accomplishment this was for Wade as he had to put himself through a rigorous rehab schedule with Tim Grover and ATTACK Athletics throughout the Spring and summer to get himself ready for the challenge in helping the USA back to world dominance in Basketball.
