Youth Training (Detroit)

Attack Athletics Youth Training of Detroit is geared specifically for the development of young athletes in basketball, baseball, and SAQs. Our signature Speed and Quickness philosophy is designed to maximize an athlete's effort, and equip them with simple exercises to continue on their own. Our professional techniques have been used by some of the best athletes in sports today.

Our baseball training is led by Tim McEvoy and Matt Williams, both former standout players and captains of their college teams. Our staff is consistent with keeping it simple and focusing on the fundamentals. Through correction and repetition, players gain a unique advantage in each specific skill set (hitting, pitching, catching) at the variety of camps, clinics, and individual appointments we offer.

Our basketball training is led by Joe Boylan, a professional basketball skills instructor at the Attack Athletics in Chicago. Skill development, muscle memory, and game recreation are staples of any camp, clinic, or individual training session. We incorporate the same points of emphasis, detailed correction, and honest assessment used with NBA and college players.
